Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery is normally expected within 5 to 12 business days for Portugal and the rest of the European Union, and may take longer for other destinations.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery.
