Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

14-Day European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without having to provide justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will automatically be refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.

Please remember that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
