Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, accessories that come into direct contact with the skin cannot be returned unless they are defective.
